Kick + Punch = Red Card Relaxation for All

In this video (30 Seconds), player "A" is taken down and then kicks (in anger) player "B", who then punches player "A" while still on the ground.

Both are removed. Fine.

But what impresses me here is what DOESN'T happen. The other players don't get into a big scrum and have to be broken up, and perhaps get thrown out themselves.

Note to referees (or future referees): your main job is keeping control of the game. People take justice into their own hands when they think no one else will. Notice the white-shirted player that gets a kick in on player "A", and isn't punished. Better Soccer would use video review to punish the player later for such an infraction.
