A good defense actually defends

The message of this video (6 seconds) is that defending properly just to keep position must be dang hard to do - but it is the first ability of any defender. The player that heads the ball is standing completely open right in front of the goal. It doesn't matter how many hours you can juggle the ball if you are standing 3 feet out of position and don't even touch the ball.

As for offense, this is well done. Copy it. The fading cross is not a blasting drive, just a looping ball that is precisely placed: notice that the player that sends the ball LOOKS, finds a teammate, and sends it to him.

The goalkeeper should have been calling 911 when he saw the man that close and that free, even for 2 seconds.
