Creative can actually equal "dumb-as-a-post"

In the video, player #18 punches the opponent. When the referee comes to serve the player with a red card player #9 steals the card out of the ref's hand, thus earning a red for himself as well. Funny to us, very stupid for a player to do.

If you care too much about the actual result of a match you are missing the better part of the game, which is your part in it. Better players just... play, knowing that referee is just a person doing a job, sometimes correctly, sometimes not. Your future doesn't depend on the ref.
