Keep playing until the REFEREE tells you to stop

Nearly everyone in the stadium saw the handball, but the referee was uniquely blocked from seeing it, so didn't blow the whistle. The defender just gives the ball up, and the other team scores without a fight.

This may indicate that the defender is honorable, but honor is not in charge at this point in the world's scheme, the referee is in charge.

No whistle? Keep playing.
